Even mountain bikers don't have to do without their favorite vehicle in winter: The Ice Spiker Pro 27.5" bites into any ice track with its 378 metal studs. The folding tire from Schwalbe is the turbo among studded tires. Whether for leisurely excursions or sporty rides in the mountains - with well studded tires, bikers keep their grip on the ground. This is because the metal studs grip well on smooth surfaces - Schwalbe even tested them on the bobsleigh track. The spike body around the tungsten carbide claws is made of lightweight aluminum and hardly adds any weight to the bike.
At 695 grams (size 26 x 2.10), the tire remains light, agile and sprint-friendly.
