Rim tape is perhaps the most underestimated component on a bicycle. But it plays a major role when it comes to puncture protection. It covers the spoke holes and effectively protects the inner tube from mechanical damage caused by spoke heads or metal burrs in the rim. So you can enjoy your tours at any time without any worries.
The Schwalbe High Pressure is made of robust TPU plastic, is easy to fit and does not need to be glued. It can withstand air pressures of up to 10 bar and can therefore also be used on road bikes.
