ROTOR crank arms ALDHU for 24 mm axle | Road bike

With the ALDHU, ROTOR is launching the lightest crank in the company's history. The name is an abbreviation for the legendary Tour de France climb of Alpe d'Huez, where Carlos Sastre laid the foundation for his overall Tour victory in 2008 with Rotor Q-Rings, giving ROTOR one of the biggest victories in the company's history.
The ALDHU crank system has a modular design for maximum adaptability. A 110 millimeter 4-hole spider, a 1-speed direct mount chainring or ROTOR's new direct mount chainring combinations can be fitted. The OCP system (Optimum Chainring Position) has been further refined for optimum adjustment of the oval ROTOR Q-Rings chainrings. The position of the chainrings can be adjusted in 1-degree increments using a combination of different positions of the crank arms on the crankshaft and a finely graduated spider mount.
The crankarms are made from ultra-light 7055 aluminum and are manufactured using Rotor's proven Trinity Drilling System. Material is removed from the central, neutral fiber of the crank arms in 3 channels along the entire length of the crank arm. This material makes only a small contribution to the load-bearing capacity of a component and can be omitted without negative consequences. The necessary stiffness and stability is achieved with a lightweight construction over large outer diameters.
The ALDHU crank system with 24 millimeter axle is suitable for bottom brackets with Shimano Hollowtech 2 standard (BSA and PressFit).
