In order to meet the requirements of modern XC bikes, the SID is available with a stiff 35 mm chassis, the tried-and-tested Charger RL damping with lockout and a DebonAir air spring specially tailored to the intended use , which has high spring travel in every situation. With this fork, RockShox offers you a race-ready package with extremely low-friction wiper seals and the Maxima Plush Damping Fluid for long-lasting, perfect function and a reduced noise level of your damping.

DebonAir
It's ok to be soft. The DebonAir technology has an extremely low breakaway torque in order to work as sensitively as possible with the smallest impacts right from the start. It offers you perfect performance in the middle travel range and reliably prevents bottoming out with a high end progression.
Charger RL
The competition-proven Charger RL damper offers adjustable rebound and compression damping. With the 3-position lockout (compression level open/pedal/lock) you are always on the road with maximum efficiency.
Bottomless tokens
Allows individual adjustment of the air chamber size. This allows you to perfectly match the spring characteristics of your fork to your riding style.
Maxle Stealth
Very light thru-axle which can be mounted and removed with a 6 mm Allen key. In addition to a clean look, it also saves some weight on the unsprung mass.
Bolt-in torque caps
Torque Caps reinforce the connection between the hub and fork dropout by increasing the surface area connecting the two. This creates a stronger and stiffer interface that gives better feedback and more control. So you can concentrate on the most important connection: the one between your bike and the trail. Thanks to the screw-in torque cap adapter, nothing stands in the way of using normal hub end caps.
