The numbers are dancing, your thoughts are spinning, your pulse is racing - the scales are your judge. And then there it is, that moment. Weeks, months of comparing, calculating and screwing. For comparison: One of the lightest tuning thru-axles in our range, made by an Italian specialist, weighs 28 grams. However, this refers only to the rear axle.
But how is this even possible? Thanks to the new holy grail of lightweight construction, titanium grade 5, an alloy of titanium, aluminum and vanadium, also known as Ti-6Al-4V. It combines two worlds: the weight of aluminum with the strength of steel. This material is extremely tensile, extremely corrosion-resistant and almost outrageously light, without compromising on stability.
The set includes two thru axles, one for the fork and one for the rear triangle, manufactured specifically and with high precision for your treasure on two wheels, packed in a neat wooden box that does justice to the contents.
Note: With great weight savings comes great responsibility. Only use copper paste or anti-seize assembly paste, for example from Motorex. The maximum torque of 8-10 Nm must be meticulously adhered to and checked regularly. The permissible rider weight is also limited and must not exceed 90 kg including clothing and equipment.
