REX Chain Cleaner Chain Cleaner | 1000 ml
This chain cleaner doesn't shy away from dirt. The surfactants used in it improve the washing performance of the low-aromatic hydrocarbon mixture and allow it to be temporarily mixed with water. The cleaner removes even the most stubborn oil and grease residues.
After application, leave to work for approx. 15 minutes and then rinse with plenty of water. Remove stubborn dirt with a brush.

With the synthetic, wax-based Black Diamond chain lubricant, the Finns from Rex have already broken all records in the chain longevity test. But resting on their laurels was out of the question for the wax specialists from the world of ski racing. Even if you might think that ski waxes and chain oils have little in common, they both pursue the same goal: to keep frictional resistance as low as possible and prevent dirt and other impurities from sticking. With the new Black Diamond Hot Wax, Rex combines 70 years of experience with kerosene ski waxes with the outstanding additives of the liquid Black Diamond chain lubricant.
So that you can make your own preferred wax mixture, the Hot Wax consists of 11 base blocks made from a specially formulated kerosene mixture and a Black Diamond additive block.For the majority of applications, it is recommended to melt all 12 blocks together and soak one or more previously completely degreased chains in the liquid wax (below 100 °C!) for some time. After the chain has cooled down, excess wax should be gently wiped off and the chain can be fitted. Even with this treatment, a chain on the test bench at the Zerofriction specialists was able to achieve a mileage of over 1000 kilometers in dry road conditions until the wear of the chain increased measurably.Waxing the chain with a mixture of 4 kerosene blocks with a Black Diamond block was able to increase the mileage again to almost 1500 kilometers. Thanks to the carefully balanced additives, the Black Diamond Hot Wax was also able to set new mileage records in the simulated off-road test. The Black Diamond Hot Wax is manufactured in the company's own factory in Hartola, Finland.

REX chain lubricant Black Magik Drip Wax PFAS-free formula | 180 ml
Black Magik Wax is the first completely uncompromising liquid wax on the market that exactly mirrors the composition of hot wax. Its completely oil-free formula was developed in collaboration with researchers at the University of Helsinki who specialize in emulsion technology. The advanced emulsion process transforms the wax into extremely fine micro-droplets and is free from PFAS and other chemicals. Once the water carrier has evaporated, only genuine Rex wax remains. The similarity of Black Magik to hot wax becomes clear, as it stiffens the chain after lubrication, almost like hot wax. During a short running-in period, the chain rubs in and excess wax is released from the surface. The internal and external pressure exerted on the waxed chain compresses the wax droplets to a solid state similar to melted wax. The result is long-lasting lubrication that exceeds the durability and dirt repellency of conventional emulsion waxes.

Application:
- Shake bottle vigorously before use
- put the gears in the cross position (this opens up the small gaps between the plates and rollers and the wax penetrates the chain better)
- apply a generous amount of wax to the clean chain
- turn the chain until the wax is absorbed
- Leave to dry for at least 12 hours
