REVOLOOP tube 29 "REVO.MTB ultra SV 40 mm
The REVOLOOP.MTB ultra is the challenge to steep climbs and has been trimmed for lightweight construction. This can be seen in the product weight of only 45 grams at 29 inches. Thanks to its very low weight, the tube saves around 100 grams per wheel, which makes starting and climbing less strenuous and more agile. The material formulation specially developed for this tube combines a very high mechanical strength with simultaneous elasticity of the material and thus enables the innovative, specific property profile of this bicycle tube.
The valve, made of particularly impact-resistant and break-proof thermoplastic, is ahead of its time. Minimum weight paired with maximum performance. A specially designed valve base prevents damage to the tube from sharp edges on the valve bore of the rim. The tough plastic minimizes the valve rupture potential in the toughest downhill use with low air pressure.
IMPORTANT: Please never fill your REVOLOOP tube outside of the jacket with a pressure above 0.5 bar. Otherwise there is a risk that the REVOLOOPs will overstretch locally or even burst. Both scenarios lead to the fact that the tube subsequently unusable because the overstretching of the tube does not deform it back and the tube therefore no longer be fitted. Therefore: REVOLOOP hoses only apply a pressure of more than 0.5 bar when they are fully assembled.
Light and stable - REVOLOOP valves
The valves developed by REVOLOOP are made of a special, high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane. They combine the highest technical demands with minimal weight and sophisticated design. The internally welded valve base plate protects the tube from damage caused by sharp edges on the valve hole in the rim and the dreaded valve tear-off.
Virtually seamless - REVOLOOP welding technology
REVOLOOP's patent-pending welding process makes it possible for the first time to weld thermoplastic hoses with large wall thicknesses in such a way that an almost flat seam can be created. This technologically demanding process achieves perfect rolling comfort with the highest level of security against failure through snakebite and puncture.
Ecologically responsible - REVOLOOP material
Thermoplastic polyurethanes are recyclable plastics. Since both the tube and the valve are made of TPU, REVOLOOP bicycle tubes can be completely recycled. Out of responsibility towards the environment.
