Who doesn't know that the advantages of the tubeless system are of course also associated with a disadvantage. Due to the ever lower pressures in MTB tires, the risk of punctures on the rim increases immensely. This is extremely annoying, especially with expensive carbon rims, but of course you don't want to miss out on the advantage of maximum traction due to the low air pressure.
This is where Pepi's Tire Noodle comes into play. It looks like a solid rubber tire, but is actually a very light insert made of closed-cell foam specially developed for this purpose. This retains its shape for a very long time and reliably protects your expensive rims from damage. The special outer skin of the Noodle makes the surface much more robust and also reduces friction between the tire and tire insert. Installation is extremely easy. Simply fit onto the rim like an inner tube, install the supplied valve, mount the tire and inflate. No shortening is necessary.
You can lower the air pressure further for even better grip and more comfort, and the run-flat feature even allows you to ride on to the finish or tech zone in the event of a flat tire.
Pepi's Tire Noodle Rokkline is available in 2 different sizes for rims of different widths.
The revised "Super" version has been made even more stable and durable thanks to a new cell structure. The outer diameter of sizes "M" & "L" has been adapted to current rim inner widths. The surface without outer skin now also facilitates assembly.
