Preparation
- Fill 1 portion of 20 ml concentrate with 480 ml cold water

Water, acidifier (citric acid), sugar, acidity regulator (sodium citrates), magnesium carbonates, L-carnitine, sweetener (cyclamate, acesulfame-K, saccharin), natural flavor, sodium chloride, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), caffeine (0.15%), preservative (potassium sorbate), color (carotene, real carmine)

Recommended dosage
- 1 liter of ready-to-drink beverage per day.
- Preparation: for 1 portion, add 480 ml of cold water to 20 ml of concentrate
- Mixing ratio: 1:24
- General fluid intake recommendation for activities >60 minutes:
- Drink 200 - 300ml in the hour before exercise
- drink 150 - 200ml every 15 minutes during exercise
