The P ZERO Race TLR 4S has all the relevant properties of an all-season road bike tyre: It always ensures reliable grip in all weather conditions, including wet and cold days, while offering the racing performance that has made the P Zero Race series the preferred choice of professionals -Cyclists power. Exceptional performance is achieved through Speedcore Tubeless technology and SmartNET Silica compound. The end result is a tire that offers improved grip, increased durability and puncture resistance, especially in wet conditions.
SmartNET rubber compound
The new SmartEVO Compound uses a blend of 3 different polymers, each of which contributes a specific property to the tire's handling characteristics. In this way, a balance of properties that are actually opposites can be achieved. The new SmartEVO compound has perfect grip in both dry and wet conditions paired with extremely low rolling resistance.
Speedcore carcass
The Speedcore carcass consists of a thin, airtight layer and a rubber compound made of aramid particles that covers the inner part of the tyre. The extremely flexible rubber compound makes the tire more supple and rolls off faster. The aramid particles it contains increase the all-round puncture protection compared to the previous version. The carcass is completed by a nylon fabric with 120 TPI and an Aramidbreaker puncture protection.
Tubeless ready TLR
The new tubeless-ready casing is designed to resist punctures without sacrificing the tire's weight. A strong yet supple structure with multiple cut-resistant layers. Sizes 28-622 and up are compatible with Hockless rims as long as the maximum pressure according to ETRTO is not more than 5 bar/ 73 PSI.
