Numerous studies show that athletes have an increased magnesium requirement due to intensive training sessions and the associated sweating. In contrast to conventional magnesium supplements, Pillar Triple Magnesium is based on a combination of three highly absorbable magnesium compounds. In addition to the well-known effects against cramps and muscle pain, Triple Magnesium primarily helps you to improve your sleep quality and thus your recovery from hard training sessions. The ingredients used focus particularly on magnesium glycinate. This stable compound can pass through the intestinal wall more easily and is therefore better absorbed by the body. The bound glycine has 2 outstanding properties that contribute significantly to improving the quality of sleep. Firstly, it acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter and helps to reduce brain stimulation and arousal. When the brain is less stimulated, we pass through the various sleep phases more effectively and our ability to regenerate improves. In addition, glycine helps to reduce the body's core temperature by dilating the blood vessels, which signals to the brain that it is time to sleep. For this reason, it is most effective to take Triple Magnesium one hour to 30 minutes before bedtime.

Consumption recommendation
