The supplied thru-axle adapters also make clamping and changing wheels quick and easy, as they do not require a threaded rod. The TS-2.3 is made of steel, powder coated, assembled and calibrated in St. Paul, Minnesota, making it very robust and stable for a lifetime of optimal spoking results.
