Aerodynamically optimized and designed for pure speed, Oakley's ARO7 Road is your partner for fast-paced rides on the flat. Thanks to its almost closed shell shape, it shows its streamlined advantage in every body position. The integrated MIPS technology, a BOA adjustment system and the woven-in ionic+™ silver ion fibers are features at a high level. This is topped off by the twiceme® Help the Helpers (HTH) system. In addition, a Prizm™ road lens is already integrated and supplied, which further reduces air resistance and protects your eyes. This is attached to the front of the helmet using magnets and, thanks to the large distance to the face, allows you to continue wearing your usual glasses underneath.
Thanks to its modern design, great comfort and excellent ventilation through internal channels, the ARO7 Road helmet cuts a fine figure at all times.
Prizm™ road lens purple-pink
A Prizm™ Road lens is included with the ARO7 Race helmet. This is held magnetically on the front of the helmet and can therefore be easily removed. It can also be stowed away on the top when not in use.
As well as improving aerodynamics, the lens also protects your eyes from the wind. It has the high optical quality typical of Oakley and, with a light transmission of 18-43%, is particularly recommended for medium light conditions.
BOA fit system
The BOA is a reliable and lightweight system that can be optimally adapted to almost any head shape and thus makes a decisive contribution to the safe function of the helmet. The dial at the back of the head can be operated with one hand. Thanks to the small space requirement of this system, Oakley has succeeded in integrating a parking option for the goggles directly in the helmet.
MIPS Brain Protection System
MIPS is a low-friction layer in the helmet that allows the head to rotate relative to the helmet in the event of oblique impacts. This reduces the torsional forces that occur and possible brain damage.
twiceme® system
Bicycle helmets are also becoming smart. You can store important information about yourself, such as allergies and emergency numbers, on the integrated chip of the twiceme® system. In the event of an accident, helpers can read this information by holding their smartphone to the twiceme® symbol on the helmet. The alarm can also be triggered and the location transmitted at the same time.
To upload the data, you need to install the twiceme® app from the relevant store.
ionic+™
Threads with silver ions woven into the pads and straps have an antibacterial effect and thus prevent unpleasant odors.
