With the C45, NONPLUS Components are playing in the top wheel league and will set standards there. It is the ideal choice for racers who are looking for lightweight yet powerful wheels.
All the components used are perfectly matched to each other in order to perfect the optimum interplay of stiffness, aerodynamics and low weight.Production is still carried out in Baden-Württemberg, which guarantees high quality and durability. With a rim height of 45 mm, you can set a good pace, especially on flat terrain, but even detours into hilly terrain are no problem.

The rims are made entirely of carbon, and it's not just the look on the scales that will make your heart happy - you can immediately convert your energy into propulsion without any loss when pedaling hard. Nothing is wasted. Thanks to the enormous 21 mm inner width, even wider tires are perfectly supported, which prevents them from kinking in fast bends and ensures more riding stability and better damping capacity. The hook profile also provides additional safety, and the rim is of course designed for tubeless systems, which allows you to ride with lower air pressure and further improves comfort and grip.
The rims have an asymmetrical cross-section, which enables a more even spoke angle. This optimization has a number of advantages. The spoke tension on both sides can be better aligned, which is beneficial to the durability of the spokes and the wheel as a whole. Furthermore, the normally direction-dependent lateral stiffness is also adjusted, making the wheel more stable.
The white decals are only glued on and can be easily removed if necessary.

The hubs are also an in-house development by NONPLUS. With a rather slim and discreet appearance, they impress with their high quality and smooth running. Large industrial ball bearings support the hub body on a rigid 17 mm axle, while two further bearings support the freehub body at the rear. Micro-gap end caps keep dirt and water away from the inside of the hub.The unique bevel gearing has a contact surface that is approx. 400 % larger than that of conventional spur gears and therefore enables direct power transmission with minimal wear. Together with the hard anodized surface, the special, very elaborately manufactured back of the tooth ensures low abrasion and thus increases the service life. The 45-fold toothing results in a maximum free travel of 8°. This means you have immediate propulsion even in difficult passages and don't lose any valuable time when sprinting to the finish.
The pair of hubs weigh just over 200 grams on the scales, which puts them on a par with the lightest hubs on the market. Despite their extremely low weight, the hubs are approved for a system weight of up to 120 kg in road bike use.
