Newmen provides special wheels for every application within the Beskar series. Whether cross-country, all-mountain or downhill, you always get a specifically adapted model, but they all have one thing in common: Newmen's high quality.
With the Beskar Strong rear wheel on your bike, you can really let it rip downhill. It shines with incredible durability and first-class riding characteristics. The perfectly processed 6069 aluminium is impact-resistant anodized and, together with the slightly angular cross-section, gives the rim incredible stability. This ensures loss-free propulsion at all times. The rim joint has been elaborately welded and ground and guarantees a long service life. The very generous inner width of 30 mm gives the tire an optimally rounded shape, which is reflected in better grip and more comfort. The latter is also promoted by the very flat profile. Newmen has opted for a rim flange with hooks. This means that the tire sits securely at all times, even in difficult passages or with low air pressure, and the risk of it coming off is significantly minimized. It is also extremely reinforced and can easily withstand even heavy punctures.
Newmen's own FADE hub is in no way inferior to the rim and has been designed with user-friendliness in mind. It is not necessary to adjust the axial bearing play. The bearings are pressed in precisely and tension-free ex works. The seal is also perfect, so that water and dirt have no chance of penetrating inside. A pawl freewheel converts your acceleration into propulsion. To ensure reliable operation, the pawls are very short and wide in order to better distribute the forces that occur. Despite the relatively low weight of the hubs, safety has not been compromised. It is better to use a little more material at critical points, such as the transition between the brake disc and spoke mount, than to risk a defect. In combination with the indestructible Sapim Race spokes, you are prepared for anything and can spend the time you save on your favorite trail for longer.

All Newmen products are developed and produced in Germany. This allows the manufacturing process to be optimized at all times and guarantees consistently high quality.
