LUPINE Headlamp Penta Pro | 3.5 Ah SmartCore
With the Lupine Penta Pro you are well equipped for all eventualities in the dark. It consists of a compact lamp head with an optional external rechargeable battery and, thanks to the 5-lens system, offers a multi-light pattern with wide close-range illumination and a defined spot for the distance. There is a choice of white and red light in various brightness and light levels, which can be operated using the two buttons at the top and bottom of the lamp head. The main light is controlled via the top button. The red light function can be operated using the lower button. This model variant with SmartCore rechargeable battery has an additional button on the rechargeable battery that activates the capacity display and controls additional functions.
Technology
The housing of the Penta Pro is not made of plastic but, as you would expect from Lupine, is made of a black anodized aluminium alloy. On the one hand, this is for stability, but above all for heat regulation and makes the Penta Pro so powerful. The lens system is particularly efficient and combines three different LEDs with different beam angles to create a particularly pleasant light pattern.
Intelligent light management with sensor control
You can concentrate fully on your activity. The brightness sensor automatically controls the intensity of the main light and adjusts its brightness to the ambient light. This saves energy and you have optimum illumination at all times. In addition, a tilt sensor dims the light intensity when you tilt your head downwards. This means you are not unnecessarily dazzled when looking at the map, for example.
Freely configurable
Main headlight, red light, diffuse light or flash: With the two buttons on the top and bottom of the Penta Pro, you can control all lighting functions easily and automatically. The Penta Pro wouldn't be a Lupine if the button assignment couldn't be customized. But not only that, you can also change the intensity of the different light levels and switch sensors on or off.
For your sport
The Penta Pro's light pattern is softer and wider, making it perfect for sports such as running, climbing, mountaineering or simply any activity where it is important to see what is happening right in front of your feet.
SmartCore 3.5 Ah Li-Ion FastClick battery
The rechargeable batteries from Lupine are in no way inferior to their indestructible lights. They also contain the finest electronics. Thanks to the microprocessor-controlled charging process with balance function, the cells are gently and fully recharged at all times. This guarantees you an optimum light duration and a long battery life.
With the SmartCore version, you can check the current charge status of the battery at any time by briefly pressing the control panel. In addition, a rear light or running light function can be switched on to increase your visibility in the dark. The FastClick system is also practical. The battery is simply inserted into the specific holder and attached to the frame or helmet. It can also be changed back and forth quickly.

Let's not kid ourselves: Every product consumes resources. To keep the impact on the environment as low as possible, Lupine does not build disposable products, but ensures during development that all system-relevant parts can be easily replaced when they reach the end of their service life.
