Sure, you want to ride your bike, but sometimes you also have to take a few steps. This can get complicated, especially with road bike shoes. Fortunately, there are Keo Grip pedal plates that allow you to walk safely. They are equipped with special TPU pads on the top and bottom. At the bottom, they provide more grip and therefore a more comfortable ride on all surfaces. In contrast to the previous version, these have been enlarged for better functionality. The pads on the upper side serve to prevent the plates from slipping on smooth carbon soles. They can also be moved laterally on the shoe by 4 mm and longitudinally by 9 mm. It is even possible to twist them slightly. This means that everyone should be able to find their optimum shoe position.
The contact material to the pedal has also been optimized and has less friction thanks to the Silent Float technology. This effectively reduces creaking and cracking noises and prevents premature wear.
