LEAP COMPONENTS frame mount for WAHOO | Twist-In Frame Mount | R=150

With the Leap Components frame mount, you can place your Wahoo bike computer firmly and securely on the top tube. The popular 3D printing process Fused Deposition Modeling is used to manufacture the mount. With an exceptionally high resolution, a 0.4 millimeter nozzle prints the molten thermoplastic filament onto a platform in extremely thin layers of just 0.08 millimeters. The individual strands of plastic harden in the air and bond with the existing layer underneath. This process is repeated until the desired shape of the workpiece is completely printed. The result is a flat, minimalist bracket that hardly weighs anything, yet is robust enough to withstand the demands of enduro or downhill use. Thanks to the double-sided 3M adhesive tape, the bracket holds firmly to the frame and can even withstand short-term tensile forces of up to 35 kilograms.

To guarantee a perfect fit, Leap Components offers the mount in 10 different versions. To measure the frame curve, print out the document 1:1 on A4 paper and cut out the radius in each case. This way you can find out which bracket fits your bike best.
