KOGEL BEARINGS Oversized derailleur cage system Kolossos | SRAM Eagle Transmission | 1x12 | black

In Greek mythology, the word Kolossos stands for a statue that is many times larger than the original. If you take a look at Kogel's oversized rear derailleur cage, the name seems very apt.
In addition to reduced friction, the focus during development was on perfect shifting precision and rigidity of the system. While the upper pulley, like the original, has 14 teeth, the lower pulley has 18 teeth instead of the original 16. The lower pulley has a narrow/wide tooth profile for better chain guidance. The cage fits SRAM Eagle Transmission rear derailleurs from the GX, X0, XX and XX SL series. The Kolossos derailleur cage offers similar ground clearance to the original SRAM cage.

Road Seals
A minimal contact seal designed for the smoothest possible running.

IMPORTANT:
Typically a new chain is required when fitting these larger rollers.
When traveling, please remember to disassemble the complete rear derailleur with an Allen key, as very few bicycle transport bags offer sufficient space for such large rear derailleur cages.
