KAS tool FAT-R + HAT fork cutter
With the FAT-R + HAT fork cutter, crooked handlebars, brake levers and other handlebar attachments are finally a thing of the past. FAT-R + HAT stands for Forkand Head Alignment Tool. The addition R stands for Race and is a specific version for racing bikes or gravel bikes. That in itself says everything important, but this new tool stands out from all the competition thanks to the time-consuming and intensive development work.
The special design allows it to be used on almost any handlebar or handlebar-stem unit: the fork crown is simply hooked onto the top of the handlebar and its feet are supported in the middle of the head tube. The line laser, which is perfectly calibrated at the factory, then shows you exactly on your tire whether everything is perfectly aligned.
With this set, you can mount the HAT fork crown directly onto the FAT-R. You can then use the laser to aim at a point on the brake lever. Use the circular movement of the HAT to mark the position on the other side of the handlebars. Use this mark to align the corresponding component. Once the factory-set laser has detected all neuralgic points and you have transferred them, the add-on parts are perfectly aligned.
Please note that the fork tine FAT-R + HAT is a precisely adjusted tool. It is supplied in a robust tool case so that you can enjoy it for a long time. It should be stored safely after each use.
