GOODYEAR tire VectorR SW Tubeless designed for Zipp | 700 x 30C
Modern road bike rims are getting wider and wider to take advantage of tubeless tires with low air pressures and to enable an aerodynamically favorable transition between tire and rim. However, most tire manufacturers are still lagging behind this development and are developing their tires for inner rim widths of 19 to 21 millimeters. The Goodyear VectorR SW was developed in cooperation with Zipp specifically for the company's own rims with an inner width of 25 millimeters. On these rims, the VectorR SW measures a full 30 millimeters and is therefore on a par with the outer width of the 303 and 353 NSW wheels. With its robust 120 TPI carcass, the VectorR SW is equipped for all road conditions. The texturing on the outside of the tread ensures the best possible cornering grip. Specially manufactured tire beads guarantee a secure fit of the tire and protect it from damage caused by the rim flanks.

This rubber compound manages the balancing act of low rolling resistance, high grip and long mileage.
R:Shield Protection
This is an additional puncture protection layer that is located under the tread of the tire. Tires with R:Shield offer excellent puncture protection while their sidewalls remain supple to ensure high performance.
