The GEMINI Ögle carbon derailleur pulleys were developed for riders who want to get maximum performance out of their drivetrain. Manufactured using the same technology as the Rigel carbon chainrings, they combine ultra-light weight, minimal friction and outstanding durability. The forged carbon structure ensures a significant reduction in weight without compromising on stiffness. This noticeably improves shifting precision and pedaling efficiency. The core of each tooth is made of high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum for maximum durability and reliably protects the contact surfaces of the chain - even under the toughest operating conditions.
Equipped with high-precision ceramic hybrid bearings, the derailleur pulleys offer particularly smooth running with reduced friction and maximum efficiency. Black anodized aluminium end caps complete the design and ensure a perfect fit in the derailleur cage.
Each individual derailleur pulley is painstakingly manufactured by hand at the GERMINI factory in Barcelona. The carbon fiber is continuously formed around the metal core using a specially developed process, creating a seamless connection between the materials.

GEMINI recommends lubricating the drivetrain with a dry lubricant to prevent particles from sticking to the chain, which could lead to premature wear of your Ögle derailleur pulleys. A clean and well-lubricated drivetrain extends the service life of the pulleys.
