The purple Galfer Brake Pads stand for heat resistance, high braking power, durability and low-noise braking. They have been specially developed for faster and heavier e-bikes. In combination with the extra-large DB007W brake disk, Galfer addresses the existing problems of the brake systems on many e-bikes - standard brakes usually do not offer sufficient performance, which leads to overheating, inefficient braking and high wear.
With its e-bike Brake Pads, Galfer is one of the first manufacturers to respond to this problem.

ECE R90 certificate
Galfer e-bike Brake Pads G1652 have received the coveted ECE R90 certification. This confirms that their quality and efficiency is equal to or better than that of the original material. The Brake Pads have undergone tests for braking intensity and resistance as well as performance tests under various weather conditions with satisfactory results.
