FRAEZEN's mission is to develop and manufacture high-quality and durable parts for your bike. In order to leave nothing to chance, all necessary steps, from the first draft to the finished product, are realized directly on site in Leutkirch/Allgäu.
Both design and production take place in the company's own production facility in the beautiful Allgäu region. The fine bike parts are tested on the local trails of the region and in the international racing events of the Enduro World Series. The great advantage of on-site production and testing is obvious: short distances enable quick changes and improvements during development and result in products of the highest quality in series production.

Block Zero - MTB stem for the toughest enduro use!
The stem is produced entirely in Leutkirch, even the screws. Only for the anodizing does the noble piece leave the domestic production facility and receives the finishing touches from professionals in central Germany. The developers deliberately opted for stainless steel screws for the clamps, as these are suitable for the area of application. The block is available in lengths of 37 mm, 44 mm and 51 mm and in two different colors.

Stem length to match the fork offset?
Looking at the stem, the first thing that catches the eye is its slim and elegant design. Of course, the block is stable enough to meet the demands of the Enduro World Series. The Fraezen team is pursuing a new concept with the Block - the stem length here corresponds to the three common fork offsets 37 mm, 44 mm and 51 mm. This makes it the first offset-specific stem on the market. The adjustment of the stem length to the offset of the suspension fork leads to better handling of the bike, as the pressure on the front wheel increases and makes the bike easier to control at higher speeds and in bends. For lovers of 27.5" wheels, the 37 mm stem is recommended. The 44 mm and 51 mm lengths are available for the 29" faction. However, if you prefer something a little more playful, you can also opt for the next size down.
