FRAEZEN's claim is the development and production of high-quality and durable parts for your bike. In order to leave nothing to chance, all necessary steps, from the first draft to the finished product, are realized directly on site in Leutkirch/Allgäu.
Both design and production take place in the company's own production facility in the beautiful Allgäu region. The fine bike parts are tested on the local trails of the region and in the international racing events of the Enduro World Series. The great advantage of on-site production and testing is obvious: short distances enable quick changes and improvements during development and result in products of the highest quality in series production.

GUIDANCE - functional, robust, clean!
The developers at FRAEZEN did not set out to reinvent the chain guide, but rather to combine the best existing concepts and generate a seamless interplay of functionality and aesthetics.
The most obvious feature of the chain guide is its impressive simplicity, which is reflected in the open and clear design and ensures that the chain is guided to the highest technical standard. The POM-C (polyoxymethylene) plastic used for the guide is characterized by its enormous hardness, strength and surface quality. It also has very good sliding and wear properties, which are essential for this application. Another unique selling point is the optimized fit; each guide has been specially developed for a specific chainring tooth size. The plastic parts are designed in such a way that in the event of a very hard impact, the plastic breaks and the energy is not completely dissipated to the frame. In this case, the plastic parts can of course be reordered separately.
This tailor-made solution for your bike is the result of countless tests on the toughest enduro tracks worldwide, so that you never have to worry about adjustments, adaptations or a chain falling off again. Like all FRAEZEN parts, the chain guide is manufactured entirely in Leutkirch/Allgäu.

Note: The chain guide is compatible with both Ochain and SRAM Transmission bashguards, but not with oval chainrings!
