EXTRALITE Saddle HyperSaddle XC-49 | 3K Carbon | 122 mm

Minimum weight and maximum comfort. With the HyperSaddle XC-49, Extralite presents an extra-light saddle, specially designed for cross-country use.
Made from exotic Toray carbon fibers and manufactured with meticulous attention to detail, the saddle offers a perfect balance between weight, comfort and stability. Despite its light weight, the innovative design exceeds the strict UNI and DIN safety standards and is approved for riders up to 90 kilograms. Thanks to the ultra-modern construction, the saddle adapts perfectly to the rider. The wider areas in particular, which support the sit bones, offer natural flexibility. This reduces pressure points and ensures even weight distribution, guaranteeing a comfortable ride even on long distances. In addition, the ergonomically cut recess completely relieves the perineal area. This not only prevents tension and numbness, but also promotes healthy blood circulation.
Depending on the area of use, the measures for maximum weight reduction vary: while the seat surface of the HyperSaddle for road use has six complete drill holes on each side, the model for XC use only has pre-drilled holes to protect the material structure and minimize the risk of cracks. Combined with a more stable saddle tip, this takes into account the higher loads in the cross-country sector.

Note: Make sure that your seat post is compatible with strong oval carbon seat stays. The clamping surfaces that are in direct contact with the seat stays must have a minimum radius of 2 mm.
