ENVE Ratchet Kit for Innerdrive Hubs | 60 Teeth
ENVE relies on the ratchet system for the freewheel mechanism of its Innerdrive hubs. Instead of pawls that engage with a sprocket, the system consists of two toothed discs that slide over each other. When pedaling, the teeth of the two discs engage with each other and transfer the power to the rear wheel.
Whether as a replacement or an upgrade: changing the ratchet rings is quick and easy, providing the opportunity to adjust the Innerdrive hub to meet your personal performance requirements. A ratchet system with finer teeth minimizes the dead zone where no power transfer occurs. This makes the freewheel more precise and responsive, positively impacting control. Especially in technically demanding terrain or during spontaneous sprints in competitive situations, this offers decisive advantages.
