DUKE rim 29" Lucky Star HD 6TERS 30 aluminum
Duke's Lucky Star XC aluminum rim should always be on the short list of price-conscious drivers. It is light, stiff and very high-quality processed. Driving tubeless systems is possible without any problems. The stable HD variant is also suitable for heavier bikers and forgives you for a driving mistake.
The rim is provided with an asymmetrical rim profile, which allows a more even angle of the spokes. This optimization of the angle brings with it a multitude of advantages. The spoke tension can be better adjusted on both sides, which is beneficial to the durability of the spokes and the entire wheel. The normally directional lateral stiffness is also adjusted so that the impeller becomes more stable.
With the "6Ters" concept, Duke goes its own way. The cross-section of the rims is different on the front and rear wheels. At the front, the larger inner width allows for more grip and rigidity, while at the rear, emphasis was placed on impact resistance and comfort.
The HD 6Ters 30mm rim is intended for the front wheel and, in combination with the 28mm or 26mm on the rear wheel, represents the ideal combination.
