DUKE Rim 29" Lucky Star HD 6TERS 30 Aluminum
Duke's Lucky Star XC aluminum rim should always be on the shortlist for price-conscious riders. It is light, stiff and has a very high-quality finish. Riding tubeless systems is possible without any problems. The stable HD version is also suitable for somewhat heavier bikers and is forgiving of the occasional riding error.
The rim has an asymmetrical rim profile, which enables a more even spoke angle. This optimization of the angle has a number of advantages. The spoke tension can be better aligned on both sides, which is beneficial to the durability of the spokes and the wheel as a whole. The normally direction-dependent lateral stiffness is also adjusted, making the wheel more stable.
Duke goes its own way with the "6Ters" concept. The cross-section of the rims is different on the front and rear wheels. At the front, the larger inner width provides more grip and stiffness, while at the rear the focus is on impact resistance and comfort.
The HD 6Ters 30 mm rim is intended for the front wheel and is the ideal combination with the 28 mm or 26 mm rim on the rear wheel.
2-year warranty on aluminum rims
Duke selects the materials used very carefully in order to offer you the best possible product. The quality standards for all products, subcontractors and partners are therefore very strict. Duke guarantees that the rims offered will have no hidden defects for a period of two years. However, improper installation or use of the products will invalidate the warranty.
