The M 442 27.5" is an aluminum AllMountain rim at a low price. With an inner width of 22.5 millimetres, even 2.5" tires find the best grip on it. High-quality alloys and a sophisticated profile dimensioning ensure an extremely stable rim. It is joined using the sleeve joint method. A molded part is pressed evenly into both ends of the rim profile and the rim is joined together. Convinced of its robustness, DT Swiss releases the rim up to a system weight of 110 kilograms. Like all DT Swiss rims in the current range, the XM 442 27.5" is also ideally suited for tubeless operation. All you need is a suitable tubeless tape, tubeless valves and sealant.
