Cross country is constantly evolving, the descents are getting steeper, the climbs more technical and artificial obstacles such as rock gardens, berms and drops place significantly higher demands on man and material. The F 232 ONE was developed precisely for these challenges, with a fork shape inspired by nature that places the material exactly where the forces are greatest, setting new standards in terms of stiffness/weight ratio.
The three-stage adjustment of the INCONTROL damping in riding mode offers you the perfect compression stage for every situation: LOCK for sprints, DRIVE for technical climbs and OPEN mode allows you to leave the brakes open for downhill riding.
INCONTROL
With Incontrol, DT Swiss provides a platform that can be adjusted in three stages. In Open mode, you have maximum sensitivity and traction. The slightly higher compression damping in Drive mode guarantees you efficient propulsion in the terrain and Lock lets you master the approach to your favorite trail in a new best time.
LINEAIR
The large volume of the positive and negative air chambers is the key to the linear spring curve, which is also responsible for the back pressure in the mid-travel range. An air bypass automatically balances the air suspension system of the F 232 ONE fork.
APT
The APT (Adaptable Progression Tune) system allows the progression of the spring curve to be adjusted by simply adding or removing one or more volume spacers in the air chamber of the suspension fork. This allows the rider to adapt the spring characteristic to their riding style and trails. The highlight: the response always remains sensitive regardless of the selected setup.
