If you really want to let it rip on an Enduro, this rim is a good basis for a durable wheel and also has an excellent price-performance ratio. During development, particular attention was paid to stability, so the angular profile can withstand even heavy impacts and easily survive a nasty crash. Nevertheless, the weight is within an acceptable range, so that even short uphill passages can be mastered without any problems. In addition, the enormous inner width gives the tire perfect support, which prevents it from buckling in fast bends and ensures greater riding stability. The rim ends are joined together using the sleeve-joint method. In this process, a molded part is pressed evenly into both ends of the rim profile and the rim is joined together. The holes for the spokes have been reinforced with eyelets to prevent them from tearing out. The high-quality workmanship typical of DT Swiss guarantees the rim a long service life. In addition, the shot-peened surface largely prevents stone chips, so that it appears as good as new even after many descents.
