Cruel Components thru axles are made of high-strength aluminum 7075 T6 (Ergal) to ensure high rigidity!
This thru axle, together with the nut, has been specially developed for bikes with the Focus RAT axle system. The ultra-light axle are completely CNC milled and then anodized to improve durability and increase the surface hardness. In order to further improve the product, an innovative clamping system was developed in which the tool holder is reinforced with a stable titanium insert. At the same time, this closes the opening that is created when the axle is hollow drilled, which also reduces the weight. Now you have the opportunity to lighten your system again by a few grams and to match the color to your bike concept.
