Cruel Components thru axles are made of high-strength aluminum 7075 T6 (Ergal) to ensure high rigidity!
This thru axle, together with the nut, has been specially developed for bikes with the Focus R.A.T. axle system. The ultra-light axles are completely CNC milled and then anodized to improve durability and increase surface hardness. To further improve the product, an innovative clamping system was developed in which the tool holder is reinforced with a stable titanium insert. This also closes the opening that is created when the axle is hollow drilled, which also reduces the weight. Now you have the opportunity to lighten your system by a few more grams and match it to the color of your bike concept.
