The APEX 4 multisport watch is for ambitious athletes and top athletes where endurance meets altitude. Available in two sizes - 42 mm and 46 mm - the watch adapts to your training style. Both versions have the same functions. The more compact version (42 mm) has a lighter design and is ideal for those who prefer a slimmer watch - without compromising on function.
The watch is lightweight and extremely durable, with a scratch-resistant sapphire screen and a titanium bezel to protect the watch from the elements. It can withstand temperatures from -20 degrees Celsius to +50 degrees Celsius, as well as water pressure of up to 5 ATM (50 m). Compared to its predecessor, the watch has a 30x faster graphics and map display and even shows you street and hiking trail names and POIs. The APEX 4 - 42 mm lasts 15 days with daily use and 41 hours in endurance GPS mode. In addition, you always get accurate location data thanks to dual-frequency GPS. You can synchronize your watch with health and fitness apps and receive text messages and calls directly. APEX 4 also has a speaker so you can answer calls hands-free when the watch is connected to your phone. It is also possible to control a GoPro or Insta360 camera from your wrist and you can load your favorite music directly onto the watch thanks to 32 GB of music storage. If you can't find your device, you can use "Find my phone" to find it again.
Effortless navigation
With the intuitive navigation system, you can create and follow your route whether you are online or offline, or you can plan your route as usual via Strava or Komoot and then synchronize it with your watch. If you deviate from your route, you will be automatically warned and guided back to the route.
Audio instructions
Thanks to the integrated speaker, you receive audio warnings for your pace, distance, time or direction.
Adventure Journal
You can record a voice note during the activity, which is saved directly on your watch, and add photos and videos. You can also save special places directly on the watch or in the app. This way, no adventure will be forgotten and you can go on your favorite tours again.

Create training plans
You can create your own training plans or access tested workouts from athletes. You can access more than 200 pre-installed exercises. COROS automatically records your repetitions and sets during training.
Advanced running metrics
To get the most out of your performance, you can measure and optimize your stride height, stride ratio and ground contact time directly with the watch.
