For a long time, Continental was quiet when it came to the MTB cross-country segment. But now the traditional brand is back with a bang. The three new tire models Dubnital, Trinotal and Magnotal are intended to cover use in all conceivable ground conditions on modern cross-country and down-country bikes and replace the outdated models.

The Magnotal is the new all-round tire for aggressive down-country, all-mountain and trail tours. Its redesigned tread in combination with the revised carcass closes the gap to the Continental Gravity tire line. The Magnotal feels particularly comfortable in loose and mixed ground conditions. It also cuts a fine figure in wet and muddy conditions.

Soft rubber compound
This rubber compound was developed for downhill-oriented trail and enduro use. It combines high grip with relatively low rolling resistance. Soft compound tires can be used as a grip-optimized front wheel/rear wheel combination or as a front wheel only option.

Trail carcass
Light and robust carcass with puncture protection layer for trail use. Three plies in the tread, two plies plus a puncture protection insert in the sidewalls.
