Handmade natural rubber - Soft hardness grade
Challenge's handcrafted natural rubber treads are compounded to provide the perfect amount of durability without sacrificing performance, comfort and control. Challenge tires wear out 10 - 20% faster than the competition, but offer significantly improved performance and a noticeably better ride feel throughout their life. Depending on the requirements, the tires are equipped with different soft rubber compounds.
The Soft hardness grade ensures maximum control, grip and performance.

Latex tube
Latex tubes are strong, light and extremely flexible. They absorb shocks and significantly reduce rolling resistance by adapting perfectly to obstacles.

Puncture Protection System
Is a light and flexible extra layer which is incorporated under the tread to reduce the risk of punctures caused by thorns or stones.
