With XP bead-to-bead protection, tubeless-ready and hookless construction and the new e-easy shape for effortless mounting, it is the first handmade tire designed for any challenge - fast, durable and incredibly smooth.

Handmade Tubeless (H-TLR)
In contrast to a classic vulcanized tubeless tire, the Challenge H-TLR tires are not manufactured as a U-profile, but come completely flat out of the packaging. This shape allows the carcass to adapt more naturally to uneven ground, which reduces rolling resistance. An inner coating from clean tire bead to tire bead ensures excellent tubeless properties and also increases puncture protection.

Puncture Protection System (PPS Ganzo)
Is a lightweight and highly flexible extra layer made of a finely woven multi-component material, which is incorporated between the tread and the carcass. It effectively prevents the risk of punctures from thorns or shards of glass without negatively affecting the outstanding rolling characteristics of the tire.

Corazza Armor
Silver: The first step with gravel tires was to improve the sidewall protection. The carcass is extended around the bead up to the tread. This ensures longer durability and additional protection for the most heavily stressed parts of the tire. In addition, the flexibility of the center of the tire is perfectly complemented by the reinforced sidewalls - offering improved puncture protection and a supple, soft ride.
Gold: Based on the Armor Silver sidewall protection, an additional layer of tightly woven material is incorporated from bead to bead. The tire thus offers maximum all-round protection against aggressive terrain!
