The fastest pulley system is now also available for your bike with mechanical SRAM Eagle rear derailleur.
The Oversized Pulley Wheel System X (OSPW X) from CeramicSpeed is the logical consequence of minimizing friction. Due to the large derailleur rollers with 14 teeth at the top and 18 teeth at the bottom, the looping radii of the chain are significantly minimized, which is noticeable in less friction. In addition, the larger derailleur rollers offer a longer service life than other systems available on the market. Thanks to the narrow-wide profile of the teeth, your chain stays exactly where it belongs in every situation.
Technically, the OSPW X system is equipped with high-performance bearings and a special ceramic ball made of third degree silicon nitrite (the best degree achieved for ceramic bearings). The ball bearing cage is made of reinforced polyamide, with a hardened steel race and a polished groove. The CeramicSpeed bearing balls are 15% harder, 100% more flexible and 99% more resilient than commercially available ceramic balls. CeramicSpeed bearings are considered the best ceramic bearings in the world.
The bearing cage consists of carbon fibers, which have been reinforced with polyamide, so that the forces can be better distributed and absorbed and your rear derailleur works perfectly even in the most adverse conditions.
maintenance
It is important to carefully lubricate bearings to maintain performance and longevity. Simply apply oil to the seals of the bearings so that the oil can enter the bearing. Do this every time you lubricate the chain, after washing the bike, or after riding in wet and muddy conditions.
IMPORTANT
When traveling, please remember to dismantle the entire rear derailleur, as very few bicycle transport bags offer enough space for the OSPW system. This derailleur cage is not suitable for electronic SRAM Eagle AXS derailleurs.
