A clean chain in no time at all without endless scrubbing, regardless of whether it's oily dirt or old wax residue! With the Ultrasonic from Caviteq you have the solution to this problem. 100 watts of heating power and 60 watts for the ultrasonic unit provide enough power to remove even gummy dirt such as grease/oil residues. The ultrasonic cleaner was specially developed for cleaning drive parts and is perfect if you want to switch from oil to hot wax or want to remove old wax residues, including dirt. The cleaner works at a frequency of 40 kHz to form microscopic bubbles which then implode with force on the chain links. This dissolves dirt, oil and grease even in places that you would not be able to reach with a brush. In addition, the liquid is heated up to 80 °C to intensify the cleaning process. You can set the temperature and cleaning time yourself using the robust mechanical dials.

Application:
- fill the tank with tap water and 5-20 % of the volume with Caviteq cleaning fluid up to the fill level mark
- Degassing, switch on the ultrasound for 10-15 minutes to dissolve the oxygen from the tap water
- then wait until the set temperature is reached
- remove coarse dirt from the chain and place it in the basket
- carefully place the basket in the tank and close the lid
- set the cleaning time
