The Lumotec IQ-XM, produced in Germany, impresses not only with its modern aluminum design, but above all with its performance. The large-area light field and the close-range illumination make every journey in the dark a pleasure.
Switching between normal and high beam is done using a switch that is connected to the light via a 65 cm long cable. This can either be mounted with a clamp on the handlebar or optionally directly on Magura or Tektro brake levers. This means that he can be reached quickly at any time. However, the high beam should always be used responsibly, as the light cone exceeds the glare horizon. When there is oncoming traffic, it should always be dimmed.
The headlight is attached to the fork bridge using bracket 464HAS.
Busch & Müller IQ technology
The IQ technology developed by Busch & Müller is a milestone in bicycle lighting. An LED throws its light onto the roadway indirectly via a reflector. This enables homogeneous and wide illumination and avoids scattered light. In addition, the close range is noticeably brightened. Effective cooling management increases the performance and service life of the light-emitting diode.
