With the PowerTube 625, trekking and eMountain bikes are easy on long journeys. Thanks to its compact size and minimalist design, the battery fits perfectly into the design of the eBike. The sophisticated technology of the lithium-ion batteries, which can be integrated into the frame, ensures carefree driving pleasure; a fuse prevents it from falling out even in demanding terrain. Nevertheless, the batteries can be taken out comfortably.
Charging times and life
A charging cycle is the complete recharging of a single or multiple partial charge battery. The duration depends on the battery capacity and the charger. The standard charger charges the PowerPack 625 and the PowerTube 625 in about 2.1 hours to 50%, the complete charge takes 4.9 hours. The Fast Charger charges even faster - it powers the PowerTube 625 and the PowerPack 625 in half after only 1.4 hours - perfect for on the go. The corresponding full charge takes about 3.7 hours. The service life of Bosch batteries is influenced primarily by the type and duration of the load. Like any lithium-ion battery, a Bosch battery naturally ages, even when not in use.
