BJORN Gor stem 31.8 mm | -6°
From the southern edge of the Alps, from beautiful Slovenia, come the fine handmade parts from Bjorn Carbon. A small team of cycling enthusiasts develops and produces high-quality bike components there. These are not only functional, but also lightweight and stand out from the crowd. By manufacturing on site, the production process can be monitored at all times and exceptional quality guaranteed. And this is exactly what is visible in every one of their products.
The Gor stem, CNC-milled from high-strength 7075 aluminium , was developed to harmonize perfectly with the Bjorn handlebars. Its design combines durability, light weight and timeless aesthetics. Designed for maximum fatigue resistance and stiffness, the Gor is based on a clear, functional shape without the use of superfluous material. Each stem undergoes a three-stage finishing process: First, it is tumbled to minimize stresses from machining. It is then sandblasted to increase fatigue resistance and finally powder coated for a smooth, durable finish that resists corrosion and wear.
For secure and reliable clamping, we deliberately use M5 titanium screws with a recommended tightening torque of 5 Nm, as opposed to lighter M4 screws. This guarantees a reliable hold, even under demanding conditions.
The stem is optionally available with internal cable routing (ICR).
