Four years of development work, precise analysis of feedback from test riders and the evaluation of countless data - that's how much effort the clever minds at BJORN Carbon have put in and the result is something to be proud of with the Sedlo saddle. It is light, comfortable and perfectly finished.
The lack of padding is immediately noticeable. This is not necessary because the saddle rails and the shell have sufficient flexing properties to absorb impacts very well and ensure outstanding comfort. The surface is also smooth, which makes it easier for the rider to change position quickly on the saddle.
In addition, a pressure relief channel running from the nose of the saddle ensures optimum anatomical weight distribution and prevents excessive pressure on the blood vessels and nerves in the sensitive perineal area.
The connections between the stays and the saddle shell are also interesting. These are not simply glued, but are held in place by small pockets. This significantly increases durability and allows the saddle to be released up to a rider weight of 120 kg. The saddle comes straight from the mold with a satin finish (silky gloss), which requires no additional layer of paint or post-processing.
Finally, a pleasing look at the scales. At 87 grams, the Sedlo is anything but heavy and definitely helps your bike to slim down.
