The angular design of the Biturbo Road makes one thing unmistakably clear: These bikes need action! The sharp lines underline its sporty character. The use of high-strength carbon fibers makes it possible to optimize the laminate structure so that additional material is available exactly where it is needed. Thus, the weight has been reduced without reducing the rigidity. This can be felt in an incredible acceleration and the steering precision makes every brisk serpentine ride a pleasure. The special arrangement of the spokes has been optimized for use with disc brakes. A twisted construction follows the power flow during braking. In addition, the cross-sections of the rim and spokes are based on the principles of aerodynamics and offer little resistance to the wind. The Biturbo Road follows the current trend towards more comfort and driving safety through the use of wider tires with its increased internal width of 20 mm. This ensures ultimate directional stability when cornering, even with low air pressure.
The high-quality hubs, which are based on the proven DT Swiss 240, also contribute to the good performance. Their smooth running, their durability and their functionality are legendary and the indestructible toothed disc freewheel guarantees you undisturbed propulsion.

Years of development work in Germany combined with high-quality carbon fibers and selected manufacturing processes enable a top-class product. The production takes place directly at BIKE AHEAD COMPOSITES in Würzburg and thus guarantees the highest quality. The wheels not only impress with their low weight, special attention was also paid to the resilience of the rim flange during development. In addition, the unique monocoque construction ensures a rigidity that is second to none.
