The Oat Bar provides you with 31.5g of carbohydrates per bar so that you can optimally replenish your energy stores during a long session.It consists of simple and complex carbohydrates so that the nutrients can be gradually absorbed by the body, improving the exogenous carbohydrate oxidation rate and causing less stomach and intestinal discomfort. It also contains sodium, which supports the fluid balance.
