The Drink Gel provides you with 30g of carbohydrates per 60ml sachet, so you can optimally replenish your energy stores during a long session. If the carbohydrates come from several sources, more can be absorbed per hour. That's why Amacx gels contain two transportable carbohydrates, maltodextrin and fructose (in a 2:1 ratio). This improves the exogenous carbohydrate oxidation rate and causes less stomach and intestinal discomfort. In addition, 200mg of sodium has been added to the gel. In the small 60 ml sachet it is perfect for on the go.
