If the carbohydrates come from several sources, more can be absorbed per hour. Therefore, Amacx drink powder contains two transportable carbohydrates, glucose and fructose (in a 2:1 ratio). This improves the exogenous carbohydrate oxidation rate and causes less stomach and intestinal discomfort. It also contains sodium and magnesium, which support the fluid balance.
