Alugear's headquarters are located in the beautiful city of Krakow, approx. 250 km southwest of the Polish capital Warsaw. The focus of the portfolio is the development and production of drive components and add-on parts made of aluminum. Alugear's chainrings are particularly popular. The entire production cycle, from the initial design to the finished product, is carried out entirely by Alugear in Poland. This is the only way to guarantee consistent product quality with low manufacturing tolerances.

The Stellar Ti crankarms set new standards in the production of cranksets with the combination of two manufacturing methods. Firstly, the crank arms are manufactured from titanium using a 3D printing process, then they are fine-tuned using a CNC process. This design offers the ideal combination of strength, stiffness and material usage to keep the weight of the crankset as low as possible. The CNC machining not only gives the surface its functional, striking appearance, but also increases the hardness of the titanium.

Like the aluminum version, the titanium crankset is also based on a modular design. Thanks to the different shaft lengths, the Stellar crank arms can be combined with a variety of different frames and thus cover a very wide range of applications. Alugear relies on 28.99 mm shaft diameters, so you have a wide range of bottom brackets available to mount the crank arms perfectly in almost any MTB frame with Boost or SuperBoost rear triangle. Thanks to the integrated puller, assembly and disassembly only requires an 8 mm Allen key. Furthermore, the crank arms are available in different lengths, so everyone can find the right size.

NOTE: The crankshaft is not included in the scope of delivery and must be purchased separately. Different shaft lengths are available depending on the intended use of your frame. You can find the different shafts here.
