Alugear is based in the beautiful city of Krakow, approx. 250 km southwest of the Polish capital Warsaw. The focus is on the development and production of drive components for bicycles, but the range also includes, for example, Ahead caps.
The entire production cycle, from the initial design to the finished product, is carried out entirely by Alugear in Poland. This is the only way to guarantee consistent product quality with low manufacturing tolerances.
The aero design of the matching Alugear 2x chainring set for the current Dura Ace and Ultegra groupsets not only looks good, it also ensures less air turbulence in the crank area. Its unique tooth profile ensures quiet chain running with Shimano 12-speed HG+ or KMC 12-speed chains. The climbing aids integrated into the large chainring ensure smooth shifting under load.
