Manufactured using the High Pressure Silicone Bladder Molding process, the Tonale outperforms the standard seatpost of your dream bike in every discipline and combines state-of-the-art manufacturing technology with the precision and passion of Italian lightweight construction. The finest, resin-coated carbon fibers are inserted into the mold by hand in precisely defined layers. A silicone bladder on the inside ensures even internal pressure, while the closed mold provides stability from the outside. The carbon laminate is pressed perfectly against the mold wall under high pressure. In this way, the fibers are optimally compacted, excess resin is displaced and even the smallest air pockets are eliminated. After controlled curing, a structure is created that not only has a flawless surface on the outside, but also on the inside.
